CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware of the following policy: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Upon receipt of a confirmation email 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will have the opportunity to reschedule or cancel your appointment once. We kindly ask that you review your calendar and work schedule to ensure the appointment time is suitable, as deposits are considered final and nonrefundable. Any cancellation fee that is not collected will result in being banned until it is paid.
